Using Google Play Store is not a very complicated thing to do. All you need is a Google account to sign in to your android device. And we came up with a bunch of tricks and tips that can help you if your Play Store is not working on Wi-Fi.
First of all, isolate the cause of the problem. Does the problem lie at your end or is there a problem with Google. So, if the problem does not lie at your end you can wait for Google to fix it as it could be a temporary server issue.If you are trying but nothing is working you can try to Force close Google Play Store. Simply go to your phone settings and then Apps. Then find Google Play Store and hit ‘Force close’.This one is a bit weird but try putting your phone in airplane mode. Then switch it back to normal mode. This has helped many people get Google Play Store working again. If your play Store is not working on Wi-Fi, it very simply could be an issue with your Wi-Fi only.
